What is Franciacorta Sat\u00e8n<\/h3>

Sat\u00e8n<\/strong> is one of the most elegant and distinctive styles of the Franciacorta DOCG<\/strong> denomination. The term literally means \u201csilk\u201d and refers to its soft, creamy, and enveloping texture<\/strong>, a stylistic signature that makes it unique among traditional method sparkling wines. <\/p>

What makes Sat\u00e8n so special is the slightly lower bottle pressure<\/strong> (maximum 5 atmospheres), which gives it a fine, velvety foam and a delicate, persistent perlage<\/strong>.<\/p>

Furthermore, Sat\u00e8n can only be produced with white grapes\u2014mainly Chardonnay, with the possible inclusion of Pinot Bianco and Erbamat\u2014and only in the Brut version, to highlight elegance and finesse without excess sugar.<\/p>

Montina Sat\u00e8n<\/strong> is made exclusively from Chardonnay<\/strong>, to emphasize elegance, freshness, and harmony, in the typical Brut style. It is a soft wine on the palate, refined, perfect to accompany elegant aperitifs, fish dishes, or fresh cheeses, but also ideal with creamy risottos. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
