This is where the base wine meets the liqueur de tirage: sugars and yeasts that trigger the second fermentation in the bottle. It is a quiet yet decisive step, where every choice influences the rhythm, the pressure, and the finesse of the bubbles.
More than just listening, this is where we calibrate and prepare for what will unfold over time. Because the elegance of a Franciacorta is born from this: the precision of starting a process that will evolve slowly, bottle after bottle.
La natura sa essere generosa, ma sa anche essere di una fragilità disarmante.
Condividiamo queste immagini con il cuore pesante, ma con la trasparenza che dobbiamo a chi ama il nostro lavoro.
Bastano pochi minuti di grandine per vedere mesi di fatica, dedizione e cura svanire tra i filari.
Ma la terra insegna soprattutto una cosa: la resilienza. Ci rimbocchiamo le maniche, come abbiamo sempre fatto, per prenderci cura di ciò che resta e accompagnare le nostre vigne verso la ripresa.
