Guida ViniPlus 2025: 4 Rose Camune for Franciacorta Montina Brut Millesimato and Rosé Demi Sec

Guida ViniPlus 2025: 4 Rose Camune for Franciacorta Montina Brut Millesimato and Rosé Demi Sec

The 18th edition of the ViniPlus 2025 Guide, curated by Italian Sommelier Association, has awarded the highest honor of 4 Rose Camune to two of our Montina Franciacorta wines:

  • Franciacorta Brut Millesimato 2019
  • Franciacorta Rosè Demi Sec

This recognition is reserved for wines that excel in their organoleptic qualities, best express the character of the grape variety, and remain faithful to the winemaking traditions of their region of origin.

Franciacorta Brut Millesimato 2019

Crafted with 70% Chardonnay, which imparts finesse and elegance, and 30% Pinot Noir, contributing structure and longevity, our Millesimato Brut 2019 strikes a perfect balance between complexity and harmony.

After 48 months of aging, it reveals a bouquet of layered and complex aromas. Alongside notes of white fleshed fruits like apple and pear, hints of candied citrus, dried fruit, and delicate nuances of toasted bread and brioche emerge, a testament to its extended yeast contact.

On the palate, this wine is full-bodied and structured, with an ideal balance of freshness and softness, supported by a pleasant savoriness and a fine, persistent perlage. We recommend pairing it with flavorful meats such as a Fiorentina steak.

Franciacorta Rosè Demi Sec

Our Rosè Demi Sec stands out for its refined style and pronounced smoothness. Made from 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, its characteristic pink color is achieved through a brief maceration of Pinot Noir skins.

This Franciacorta offers aromas and flavors of wild berries, complemented by a fresh aromatic profile and enveloping bouquet that highlights its elegance.
Perfect with desserts, it also pairs wonderfully whit cheese and fresh fruit. Try it with a berry cheesecake for an exceptional experience.

Guida Viniplus 2025 premio Montina Franciacorta Rosè Demi Sec

This isn’t the first time our wines have been celebrated in the ViniPlus Guide. In the 2023 edition, our Millesimato Brut 2018 received the same recognition for its elegance, versatility and balance.

This cuvèe of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir is crafted through gentle pressing with the Torchio Marmonier.

The ViniPlus 2025 Guide will be officially presented on December 2 by AIS Lombardy. President Hosam Eldin Abou Eleyoun emphasized that this project reflects a year of dedicated effort, during which AIS Lombardy tasters passionately and professionally evaluated nearly a thousand wines from the region.

This year, a new awards category has been introduced: the Wine Tourism and Hospitality Award, recognizing wineries that excel in creating welcoming and engaging visitor experiences.

Producing excellent wine is no longer enough. Wine tourism is becoming increasingly significant, offering visitors not only quality but also immersive and comprehensive experiences that turn every visit into a 360° sensory journey.
