For 2026, we’ve decided to go further, crafting experiences that seamlessly blend our winemaking heritage with the culinary excellence of our Villa Baiana. Whether you are a dedicated couple or a large group, here is how we’ve reimagined your next journey into the heart of Franciacorta.
Private & Individual Tours: Your Bespoke Franciacorta
One of this year’s highlights is the introduction of Private Tours, designed for those seeking dedicated attention and a more intimate atmosphere.
- Flexibility and Customization: Private tours are available for a minimum of 4 adults.
- Technical Exclusivity: During certain times of the year, these tours offer a unique Extra Experience: tasting Franciacorta base wines during their first fermentation, directly from the tanks and barriques. It’s a rare opportunity to understand how excellence is born by tasting the wine before it becomes “bubbles.”
Introducing the “Essenza Tour”: A Journey into Montina’s Character
This path is tailored for those who wish to explore the more technical and “vertical” side of our production through a selection of our low-dosage wines, each boasting great personality:
- Franciacorta Rosé Extra Brut;
- Franciacorta Dosage Zéro;
- Franciacorta Riserva Quor Nature.
Each glass is paired with local delicacies, such as Grana Padano and traditional crostini, creating a tasting that enhances every sip.
What to Expect During Your Visit
Every tour lasts approximately 90 minutes and is a journey through time and art:
- History & Architecture: Your visit begins with a stroll through the courtyard of Villa Baiana, a historic estate dating back to 1620.
- Technique & The Underground: Descend into our 7,500 sqm underground cellar, where the secrets of the Franciacorta Method are revealed.
- Contemporary Art: A hallmark of Montina is our bond with culture. As you walk through the galleries, you will admire the works of Remo Bianco alongside rotating exhibitions in our Contemporary Art Gallery.
- Conviviality: Each tour concludes with a tasting and a visit to our Wine Shop, open even on weekends for your direct purchases.

- Individuals & Small Groups: We look forward to seeing you every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 10:00 AM.
- Groups (10+ people): Available 7 days a week by reservation, with tours at 10:00 AM or 3:00 PM.
- Wine Shop: Our wine shop is open daily for tastings and purchases.

- Languages: Tours are available in Italian and English
- Reservations: Always required to ensure the best possible welcome.
- Families & Pets: Children up to 14 years old enter for free. Four-legged friends are welcome at the reception area, though they cannot access the production zones.
- Parking: We offer a large private parking lot, designed to comfortably accommodate both individual cars and tour buses.

A winery visit is only complete when it meets fine dining. At Villa Baiana—our 17th-century estate adjacent to the cellar—we offer groups the chance to organize bespoke lunches, dinners, and tasting events.

- Business Events: Our modern Conference Center is where professionalism meets the pleasure of a fine glass of Franciacorta.
- The Culinary Experience: Our in-house kitchen creates seasonal pairings designed to elevate every type of Franciacorta. You can enjoy this “glass-to-plate” experience by joining our public events (available for couples/small groups on set dates) or by organizing a private event for groups of over 20 people. In the latter case, you can fully customize the menu and pairings for a truly tailored event.
