Montina is an “open winery” that welcomes guests every day of the year with guided tours and tastings.
“We narrate a journey. The long path of a glass of Franciacorta starts from the vineyard and arrives, after an average of 3 years, at the bottle.”
The Bozza family has made wine culture one of the cornerstones of their work, and this commitment has been recognized with the awarding of the “Hospitality Award Being Franciacorta,”organized by the Franciacorta Road in collaboration with Bocconi University in Milan. This award has decreed Montina as the winery with the highest and most qualified level of hospitality among the excellent wineries of Franciacorta.

Alongside the guided tours we organize daily in the cellar, on a monthly basis, we like to offer our guests special tasting experiences.
These are moments where our Franciacorta wines are tasted paired with local cured meats and cheeses, seafood delicacies; and furthermore, comparisons of vintages, refinements, and nuances of harvests in the glass.

Domenica 25 gennaio, i saloni della nostra cantina si aprono per un appuntamento che celebra due eccellenze del territorio bresciano: lo spiedo e il Franciacorta. In tavola un menù dal cuore bresciano, firmato degli chef di Villa Baiana.

If you're looking for a special surprise, why not gift a winery tour with a tasting?
The vouchers are open-dated and valid for one year.
The visit includes
- Passage through the outer courtyard of Villa Baiana
- Visit to the Marmonier Vertical Press, a press designed and built by artisans from Brescia in 1999, which recalls the concept of soft pressing; then, continue to the 7,500 square meters of cellar completely built under the hill with an explanation of the Franciacorta method
- Visit to the halls and the Contemporary Art Gallery with a narrative of the exhibited works, including the paintings of Milanese artist Remo Bianco
- Franciacorta wine tasting and stop at the wine shop

If you wish to organize an event in the cellar, we would be delighted to work with you to plan it.
In collaboration with the adjacent Villa Baiana, we can accommodate both corporate and private events, for small and large groups.
We have a resident kitchen staff and over 30 years of experience in organizing events in Franciacorta.
