On Monday, June 29, 2026, the prestigious The Charles Hotel (a Rocco Forte hotel) will host the Franciacorta Festival in Munich—an exclusive masterclass and tasting event reserved for trade professionals and specialized press.

Event Program in Munich
The Franciacorta Festival in Munich will feature two main events, both designed to deepen your knowledge of the region and offer tastings of the appellation’s finest labels alongside the producers.
- 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM | Exclusive Masterclass An in-depth session guided by an exceptional guest speaker: Maximilian Wilm, named Bester Sommelier Deutschland 2019. This is a must-attend opportunity to explore the evolution, aging potential, and unique soil characteristics of Franciacorta.
- 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Walk-Around Tasting The grand ballroom of The Charles Hotel will host tasting desks dedicated to HoReCa professionals, distributors, and specialized press. This walk-around tasting is the perfect setting to discover the incredible versatility of Franciacorta wines.
